Live cooking for events
Cooking in front of your guests, as part of the evening rather than behind a door.
There is a difference between catering and live cooking. Catering arrives. Live cooking happens in the room, and the guests are part of it.
I set up where the people are, cook in front of them, and talk while I work. For a lot of events this is the evening itself rather than a course in it.
