With these five things I can answer properly the first time.
- The date, and roughly what time you would sit down
- How many people
- Where — the city, and whether it is a home, a venue or a restaurant
- Anything nobody at the table eats
- What the evening is for
About the menu
I do not send a fixed card to pick from. Once I know who is eating, I write the menu and send it to you — and we change it until it is right. That is the part I enjoy most, so do not be shy about saying no to something.
